Onboarding process
Smartlearn has an easy signup and login process. Let’s get started.

Download the App
To download the Smartlearn app:
- iOS users can find it on the App Store.
- Android users can find it on the Play Store.

Log in
To access the platform, use the School ID (e.g.: Name12345) to log in. Receive a one-time password (OTP) via either your email ID or mobile number.

Enter OTP
After entering your email ID or mobile number, you will receive an OTP. Use this OTP to log in and proceed to the next step.

Set up Password
After logging into the app, you need to set up a unique password:
- iOS users can set up their unique password using Face Recognition mode.
- Android users can set up their unique password using Fingerprint Recognition.

Complete Your Profile
After completing your password setup, you’ll land on the home page. From here, you can proceed to finalise your profile. The student’s information will already be present so they only need to update the following information:
- Social Media Links
- Achievements
- Profile picture
